MAC Bulk Bag Vacuum Unload System
The raw material is loaded into a Flexicon bulk bag station with a fork truck or a hoist system. For this system two MAC "RT" Filter/Receivers are mounted above the destination points. Each receiver has a vacuum breaker valve to select the receiver that will be conveyed into. The collected material is continuously discharged by use of a MAC rotary air lock valve.
The Bulk Bag stand is mounted on load cells so a specific batch size can be unloaded on a loss-in-weight basis. The dust collection is handled by an integrated dust system provided by Flexicon as part of their unload stand.
