MAC "RT" - Round-Housing Top-Removal Pulse Jet Filter

The
MAC RT is the counterparts to the AVR
filter. Filter media is installed and removed through the clean air
plenum of the filter. On larger sizes, the plenum can be designed as a
walk-in plenum so that filter media replacement and maintenance can
occur in an enclosure. On smaller sizes, or when the option of a walk-in
plenum is not selected, hinged doors on top of the plenum provide access
to the filter media.
MAC offers this filter in several styles: with and without a hopper and in 25 configurations with either bag or cartridge filter media. The standard design is stressed for 17" Hg and is ideal for use with MAC blower packages for complete dilute phase conveying system.Style III - Includes a 60° hopper designed to receive dust through a hopper entry inlet and discharges the collected dust through an airlock for dust disposal or recycling. Style III with Pneumatic Receiver section includes a 60° hopper and an extended sidewall section for a cyclonic inlet to handle heavy loading associated with pneumatic conveying and similar requirements. The collected material discharges the collected product through an airlock. Style II without the hopper is suited as a bin vent filter or for adaptation to special bins, hoppers or even directly to mixers or other process machinery.
