MAC Cast Air Locks

Multi Duty (MD) - Hardened precision machined gray iron housing and endplates. Abrasion resistance Class 40 iron and the reliability of the TS4 Seals. - Specifications

Heavy Duty (HD) - Features a round inlet to square outlet. The HD is ideally suited for low and medium differential pressure systems, gravity or volumetric feeder discharge devices. - Specifications

High Efficiency (HE) - Features two TS4 seals and removable inspection port.  Specially designed inlet to reduce shear and evenly distribute wear. - Specifications

Convey Valve (CV) - Heavy Duty airlock with integrated pneumatic blow through connection build into the valve specifically for vacuum or pressure pneumatic conveying applications. - Specifications

Drop-Thru Rotary (RV) - Inboard bearings provide the maximum shaft support and minimize rotor deflection.  Double opposable lip seals protect the product from bearing contact. - Specifications

Also available with outboard bearings and shaft braded seals for total bearing protections. - Specifications

Side Entry (SEA) - Side entry airlock offers and offset inlet for very hard palletized or chip materials to reduce product shear. - Specifications
