Components for field welded tanks are factory formed to size with the same rigorous standards and procedures used to manufacture our factory welded products. Edges are prepared for field welding. Fit-up strips and locating clips are provided for efficient assembly. And of course, complete engineering drawings, assembly details, and welding procedures accompany every tank to its delivery site.
When your tank is delivered, a detailed packing list verifies all components shipped. And at your request, Imperial personnel will visit your site and verify delivery of all materials. You can then assemble your tank with the assembly details provided, or allow Imperial to assemble it for you. Or if you prefer, you can assemble your tank with Imperial supervision.
