If you are in need of emergency service assistance after normal business hours, we recommend that you reach the service department directly. Most of our principals have a qualified technician available 24 hr / 7 days per week for emergency phone support. If prompted to leave a message, the message is forwarded to a qualified service technician on staff that will return your call promptly.

AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY CONTACT: After normal business hours (Central Standard Time), please call the MAC-Kansas City office number (800-821-2476). Following the prompts will allow you to leave a voicemail which will activate a pager that a MAC employee always carries.
